Opinion

No. 05-05-01538-CR

Opinion issued November 30, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F05-54456-MP. Dismissed.

Before Justices O'NEILL, FITZGERALD, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Humberto Villegas pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery. Pursuant to the plea bargain agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at five years' imprisonment and a $1500 fine. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal. The certification is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
