MEMORANDUM OPINION


On February 14, 2005, we abated this appeal to the trial court for an abandonment hearing. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(b)(2). At the hearing, appellant stated her intention to withdraw her notice of appeal, and appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal by withdrawing her notice of appeal. The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.2(a).
