Opinion By Justice Lang-Miers

By letter dated January 30, 2012, the Court directed appellant to file his brief and an extension motion within ten days. The letter warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellant has not filed a brief or an extension motion, nor has he communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.

We dismiss the appeal.
