Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on April 3, 2013, and May 21, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John T. Loss, Esq., sworn to April 3, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Kenneth R. Kirby, Esq., sworn to April 3, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 4, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 4, 2014, and inserting in its place the date June 6, 2014.
