For the reasons stated in the accompanying order dismissing Complaint, JUDGMENT dismissing the complaint IS HEREBY ENTERED against the plaintiff.

The Clerk of the Court shall CLOSE the file.

ORDER DISMISSING CASE

Plaintiff Dario Campos Villar was ordered to appear at today's case management conference by order of October 24, 2003. In that order, the Court gave Mr. Villar additional time to serve defendants with the summons and complaint and to appear at today's conference at 11:00 a.m. with a proper proof of service of the summons and complaint, failing which the case would be dismissed for lack of proper service. By 11:25 a.m., plaintiff had not appeared; nor had he filed a proof of service. The Court hereby DISMISSES plaintiffs complaint without prejudice for lack of proper service. The Clerk shall CLOSE the file.
