This case was called for trial on the Court's Chicago, Illinois Trial Session, conducted remotely on October 18, 2021. Both parties appeared and were heard. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause dated September 7, 2021, is made absolute in that the matters set forth in the Second Stipulation of Facts that is attached to respondent's Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not Be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(F), filed September 3, 2021, shall be deemed stipulated in part as described in the transcript of the above-referenced trial.
