Edgardo L. Villanueva Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke, Judge

On March 2, 2022, respondent filed a motion to strike petitioner's brief in support of seriatim reply brief. Our review of the record demonstrates that we provided petitioner ample time after trial to seek stipulation of additional documents. He did not do that and he attempted to bypass this process by submitting additional documents to the Court with his brief. This is unacceptable and we will grant respondent's motion to strike. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to strike is granted in that petitioner's brief in support of seriatim reply brief, filed February 28, 2022, shall be stricken from the record in this case. 1
