JAIME VILLA, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee.

Appeal from 120th District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC # 20110D05357) ORDER

Pursuant to TEX.R.APP.P. 34.6(g)(2) the Court on its own motion, finds it necessary to inspect an exhibit admitted during trial. State's Exhibit 19 is described in the record as a videotape of a National Geographic telecast with video of the complaining witness, Ruben Bejaran. The videotape was not included with the Exhibit's volume of the Reporter's Record. It is therefore Ordered that Maria Caraveo, Official Court Reporter for the 120th District Court, forward the Original, or an exact duplicate copy of State's Exhibit 19 to the Clerk of this Court within fifteen days of the date of this Order.

The original Exhibits will be returned after the final disposition of the case by this Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED THIS 7TH DAY OF APRIL, 2015.

PER CURIAM Before McClure, C.J., Rodriguez, and Hughes, JJ.
