For the reasons set forth in respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed March 22, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and so much of this case as relates to the years 2020 and 2021 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, and references to those years are stricken from the petition. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Los Angeles, California, trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on April 25, 2022, and continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before May 25, 2022, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
