ORDER

Appellees' brief was due on April 25, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(b). The next day, Appellees filed a notice of appearance of counsel, see id. R. 6.1(b),(c), and a motion for a thirty-day extension of time to file their brief until May 25, 2016, see id. R. 10.5(b). In the motion, counsel states she will not request another extension.

Appellees' motion for extension of time is GRANTED. Appellees' brief is due on May 25, 2016.
