PRESENT:

Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Steuben on November 17, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Andrew J. Roby, Esq., dated September 8, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellants shall perfect the appeals on or before November 13, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
