Tamara A. Vildosola & Monica Vildosola Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

Rule 24(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, permits counsel to enter an appearance for a party if counsel subscribes the paper initiating the participation of that party in a case. On March 24, 2022, respondent electronically filed an answer to the petition. However, respondent's counsels' signatures on that document were made using a stylized signature. Stylized signatures (e.g., signing with "/s" or using cursive font) are not acceptable. See Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov.

In view of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the answer, filed March 24, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
