ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 2, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 25, 2012, and October 11, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the Appellate Division Docket Nos. "2012-11102, 2012-11102" and substituting therefor the Appellate Division Docket Nos. "2012-11102, 2012-11103."
