Appellant having moved for an order setting aside the Onondaga County Court's denial of poor person status and granting permission to proceed as a poor person on an appeal taken herein from a letter/order of the Onondaga County Court dated June 18, 2013, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Jack Vigliotti sworn to July 16, 2013, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions and the appeal are dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from the Onondaga County's Court's letter/order (see, e.g., CPLR 5703 [b]).
