Before the Court is appellant's April 30, 2024 Motion to Complete Record, which asserts that the reporter's record filed April 24, 2024, does not include the transcription of the punishment hearing. We GRANT the motion, and we ORDER the court reporter to file on or before MAY 16, 2024, the reporter's record of the punishment hearing.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Kristina Escalona, Presiding Judge, 186th Judicial District Court; Herminia Torres, Auxiliary Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
