Opinion

Upon consideration, appellee Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission's motion for stay of appeal is hereby denied.

Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above styled appeal is hereby dismissed as taken from a non-final, non-appealable order.

SHEPHERD, C.J., and LOGUE, J., concur.

SALTER, J., would grant the motion to stay, treat the appeal as a premature appeal under Fla. R.App. P. 9.110(1), and grant appellant sixty (60) days within which to file a final order of the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission.
