Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

The Court GRANTS the court reporter's first request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. The reporter's record is now due to be filed on or before November 26, 2024.
