Vidal Soto appeals the sentence imposed after a jury verdict of guilt on the offenses of armed burglary and armed robbery. The State concedes that defendant-appellant Soto is within the window period for purposes ofHeggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla. 2000), see Trapp v. State, 760 So.2d 924 (Fla. 2000), and that he is entitled to be resentenced.

Reversed and remanded for resentencing.
