Appellant Victory Energy Corporation has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal, stating that the parties have reached a settlement agreement. As a result of the settlement, the trial court vacated and set aside its February 19, 2016 Order Appointing Receiver and dismissed the underlying case without prejudice. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
