Motion by appellant Fiji Court, Inc., to stay all proceedings under judgment of foreclosure and sale, pending appeal from order denying its motion to vacate said judgment. Motion denied. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
