Otis Mack Vickson appeals the summary denial of his motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. We affirm except as to Vickson's ineffective assistance of counsel claim set forth in ground XIII of his motion. We remand to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing on this issue.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
