Disposition: The parties' joint motion to dismiss this appeal and for expedited consideration and other relief is granted. The appeal is hereby dismissed under Mississippi Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b) and remanded to the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission for further proceedings. The appellants' previously filed "Application/Motion for Supersedeas Without Necessity of Bond, or, in the Alternative, Motion for Stay of Execution of Money Judgment" is dismissed as moot. The request for approval of attorney's fees of 33 1/3% is granted, in accordance with the contingency-fee contract. All outstanding costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellants. Order entered.
