This case is scheduled for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 9, 2022, at Des Moines, Iowa. On February 22, 2022, documents that the Court served on petitioner Todd E. Picknell at his address of record were returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service, with the following notation on the envelope: "Return to Sender - Insufficient Address - Unable to Forward." On March 31, 2022, Attorney Joseph P. Benoist filed a Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel for respondent. The Certificate of Service attached thereto is addressed to petitioners at the address of record for petitioner Toina D. Vickers (who is registered for electronic service).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 27, 2022, respondent file a status report and inform the Court of attempts to contact petitioners and provide the Court with another address, if any, for Mr. Picknell.
