AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 117evidence warranting Judgment for plaintiff motorist in accident case. In action for damages sustained in automobile accident, evidence that defendant lost control of her automobile after striking patch of ice while going down grade near viaduct at 35 miles per hour and that defendant crossed two lanes of traffic and crowded plaintiff's automobile, approaching from opposite direction, into an embankment warranted judgment for plaintiff on ground that defendant was negligent.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of La Salle county; the Hon. Roy WILHELM, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the May term, 1949.
