Opinion
No. 05-16-00412-CV

On Appeal from the 192nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-15-06256
ORDER
By order dated May 18, 2016, the Court abated this appeal due to appellants' bankruptcy filing. By letter dated May 3, 2017, counsel for appellees notified the Court that the bankruptcy has been discharged and attached a copy of the bankruptcy court's order. Accordingly, we REINSTATE this appeal.
The clerk's record was due May 6, 2016. By letter filed August 4, 2016, the district clerk notified the Court that the clerk's record has been prepared and would be filed when payment was received. We ORDER appellants to file, within ten days of the date of this order, either (1) written verification that they have paid or made arrangements to pay the fee for the clerk's record or (2) written documentation that appellants have been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We caution appellants that failure to file written verification of payment or written documentation that they have been entitled to proceed without payment of costs within the time specified, may result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b); 42.3(b),(c).
