On June 13, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that petitioners have sent documents to respondent regarding this case. Respondent represents that in addition to those documents, petitioners also submitted a summary of tax reporting in which respondent has reviewed. The parties believe that this case is susceptible to settlement and are requesting 30 days to allow receipt of computations and filing of a decision document.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before July 14, 2023, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
