On September 14, 2023, respondent filed a status report advising the Court that the parties are continuing to work together to resolve this case without the need of a trial. The parties need additional time for respondent to review documents provided by petitioners, prepare a computations request, and draft a decision document to send to petitioners.
Given due consideration to the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that on or before November 17, 2023, the parties shall file a stipulated decision or a status report.
