Before the Court is appellant's September 12, 2022 "Motion for Guidance Regarding Page Numbers on Exhibits to the Reporter's Record." Some of the exhibits in the reporter's record are individually paginated while others are not. The exhibits volume is not consecutively paginated. In the motion, counsel for appellant states he spoke with a deputy clerk of this Court who informed him the pages would best be numbered by the court reporter. A court reporter, however, cannot alter the exhibits in any manner, including adding page numbers. Accordingly, we DENY appellant's motion. Appellant can attach the exhibits to which it cites to the appendix of its brief and cite the Court to the appendix. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.1(k)(2).
Also before the Court is appellant's September 12, 2022 motion for an extension of time to file its brief on the merits. We GRANT the motion and extend the time to September 30, 2022.
