Veterans Medical Advisor, Inc Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson Judge

Pending before the Court is a motion (Doc. 8) by petitioner's counsel Gerald W. Kelly, Jr., and Daniel S. Heller, seeking to withdraw as counsel of record for petitioner Veterans Medical Advisor, Inc., filed August 27, 2021. In the motion, counsel states that "Petitioner informed its counsel that their representation was terminated." The motion states that respondent does not object, and does provide an address and telephone number for petitioner but does not include the name and capacity of petitioner's representative who will engage in litigating this case on behalf of the incorporation. See, Rule 60(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. It is therefore

ORDERED that, no later than September 10, 2021, petitioner's counsel shall file a supplement to the motion to withdraw, and shall include a statement identifying the name and capacity of petitioner's representative or other fiduciary authorized to engage in litigating this case on behalf of petitioner Veterans Medical Advisor, Inc., and shall confirm that petitioner's representative may be reached at the address and telephone number that is given in their motion.
