Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of David T. McDowell, Esq., an attorney admitted in the State of Texas, pursuant to section 520.11 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and David T. McDowell, Esq. is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing respondent ReliaStar Life Insurance Company of New York upon the appeal.
