This case for the redeterminations of deficiencies is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed March 10, 2020. Taking into account information presented by the parties during a hearing on the motion on May 19, 2021, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for further hearing at 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, during the Washington, D.C., remote special session of the Court. The Court will cancel the further hearing if the parties, by joint status report submitted on or before June 28, 2021, advise the Court that a further hearing on respondent's motion is unnecessary. It is further

ORDERED that supplements, if any, to the parties' submissions are due on or before June 23, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve the parties with a notice of remote proceeding that includes the necessary instructions and log in information for the remote hearing.
