This case is calendared for trial at the March 21, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On February 28, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues. That same day respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case and additional time is needed to submit a stipulated decision or a status report. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 21, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session. Petitioners are not expected to appear at the Zoomgov calendar call on Monday, March 21, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
