Our order of November 30, 2021 (Doc. 80), ordered the Commissioner to "file either a motion for entry of decision, or a motion to remand, or another appropriate filing." On February 7, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report (Doc. 83) that states that he "has transmitted to petitioner by mail, a proposed stipulated decision, which addresses the innocent spouse issue in this case, as well as sustaining the Notice of Determination. Petitioner has represented that it is her intention to sign and return this proposed decision to respondent for filing with the Court. . . . Accordingly, respondent respectfully requests that the Court order filing of a proposed stipulated decision or other appropriate filing within 30 days." To grant this request it is

ORDERED that, no later than March 11, 2022, either the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision, or else each party shall make another appropriate filing.
