Lance Verderame & Marilyn Verderame Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

By Order issued September 17, 2021, the Court directed petitioners, on or before November 1, 2021, to file a ratification of petition bearing petitioners' original signatures. On September 16, 2021, the parties electronically filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision bearing petitioners' signatures. As the Court's procedures require that all stipulated decisions bear original signatures, and that the party who files the decision maintain the paper copy, petitioners' intentions to file and prosecute the case in this forum have been adequately verified. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, when the stipulated decision is entered in due course, the petition in this case, filed June 1, 2021, shall be deemed to have been ratified and affirmed by petitioners. Petitioners need not file a ratification of petition by November 1, 2021, as directed in the Court's September 17, 2021, Order.
