Plaintiffs-appellants having moved for consolidation of the appeals taken from the orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 21, 2016 and December 29, 2016, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting appellant to prosecute the appeals upon 9 copies of one record and on one set of appellant's points covering the appeals and enlarging the time in which to perfect the consolidated appeal to the June 2017 Term.
