Before the Court is appellant's June 29, 2022 motion to abate the appeal. Appellant seeks to abate the appeal because the reporter's record of the hearing held on February 15, 2022 has not been filed. By letter dated June 7, 2022, Glenda Finkley, Official Court Reporter for the 256th Judicial District Court, informed the Court that no record was taken on that date. Accordingly, we DENY the motion.
