District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Sep 24, 1986
495 So. 2d 228 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 85-2745.

September 24, 1986.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Lee County; Thomas S. Reese, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and A.N. Radabaugh, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Robert J. Landry, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

Defendant appeals from the failure of the trial court to award credit for time served on all concurrent sentences. We reverse and remand for the trial court to correctly calculate and credit defendant's time served on the concurrent sentences. See Daniels v. State, 491 So.2d 543 (Fla. 1986).

GRIMES, A.C.J., CAMPBELL and LEHAN, JJ., concur.
