Elizabeth Velez, as Mother and Natural guardian of R.M. and Elizabeth Velez, Individually, Marta Morales and Juan Matos, Plaintiffs-Respondents, v. The City of New York, The New York City Police Department and The New York City Fire Department, Defendants-Appellants.


An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 15, 2018, And defendants-appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, deemed to include a request to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, is granted, the dismissal vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect said appeal extended to the March 2021 Term of this Court.
