United States District Court, D. Puerto Rico
Jun 28, 2004
CIVIL NO. 03-1759 (JAG) (D.P.R. Jun. 28, 2004)

Opinion

CIVIL NO. 03-1759 (JAG).

June 28, 2004

ORDER

Inasmuch as plaintiff's objections to the Report and Recommendation are a mere restatement of the arguments considered by Magistrate-Judge Velez-Rive, the Court here by ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation in its entirety. See Castro-Rivera v. Citibank, 195 F. Supp.2d 363, 365 (D.P.R. 2002) (finding that the Court need not seriously consider an objecting party's filing where it simply restates the arguments that the Magistrate-Judge previously considered). Accordingly, defendants' motion to dismiss the Title VII claims against individual defendant Soto is hereby GRANTED. Furthermore, the Court will retain jurisdiction over plaintiff's state law claims against Soto.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
