ADRIAN CARDONA VELASQUEZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 194th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F14-76518-M

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On March 31, 2017, we abated this appeal for a hearing on why appellant's brief had not been filed. On April 3, 2017, appellant tendered his brief along with a motion asking us to grant an extension. In the interest of expediting the appeal and because we have not received the trial court's findings, we VACATE the March 31, 2017 order requiring findings.

We GRANT appellant's April 3, 2017 motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Ernest White, Presiding Judge, 194th Judicial District Court, and to counsel for all parties.
