MARIA VELASQUEZ et al., Plaintiffs, Cross-Defendants and Respondents, v. MONIKA KHUSHF, Defendant, Cross-Complainant and Appellant. A114773 California Court of Appeal, First District, First Division December 12, 2007

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED

ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING [CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

San Francisco County Super. Ct. No. 431933

Stein, Acting P. J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on November 16, 2007, be modified as follows:

1. The first sentence in footnote 5 on page 5 is deleted. The first word in the following sentence of that footnote is changed from “She” to “Khushf.”

2. In the last sentence before the Conclusion section on page 12, a period is inserted after the word “reversed” and the remaining words deleted, so that the sentence now reads: “The order appealed from must be reversed.”

3. Footnote 11 on page 12 is deleted.

4. In the first sentence of the Conclusion section on page 12, a period is inserted after the word “reversed,” and the rest of that sentence is deleted, so that the sentence now reads: “The order appealed from is reversed.”

This modification changes the judgment. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.264(c)(2).)

Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
