This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Chicago, Illinois trial session beginning February 6, 2023. On February 3, 2023, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement that resolves all issues in this case, which settlement requires computations before executing a decision document.

ORDERED that on or before March 15, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
