On January 19, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely to which there was no objection by respondent.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed January 19, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the week of the Court's February 6, 2023, Chicago, Illinois trial session to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 2:00pm (Central) on February 7, 2023.

This case will not be called at calendar call on Monday, February 6, 2023, and the parties are not required to appear at that time. Petitioner is reminded, however, that representatives from low- income taxpayer clinics may appear at the Monday calendar call and may be able to assist in understanding Tax Court procedures and prosecuting her case.

This Order constitutes official notice of trial to the parties.
