ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Roberto G. Vela and Vincent Krussow filed notices of appeal in appellate cause number 13-23-00211-CV from a judgment entered by the 105th Judicial District Court, Nueces County, Texas. Krussow was not a party to the judgment and lacks standing. See Daniels v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline, 142 S.W.3d 565, 571 (Tex. App.- Texarkana 2004, no pet.) (providing that a complainant in a lawyer disciplinary hearing is a potential witness and not a party).

This appeal with respect to Krussow is hereby SEVERED from his attempted appeal in appellate cause 13-23-00211-CV and placed into appellate cause number 13-24-00231-CV styled, Vincent Krussow v. Commission for Lawyer Discipline. Vela remains docketed under the original cause number 13-23-00211-CV and will proceed in due course.
