DAVID J. VEGA APPELLANT v. P & J GRAHAM, LLC APPELLEE

FROM COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF TARRANT COUNTY
TRIAL COURT NO. 2016-003024-1 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT

After being granted two extensions of time to file his appellant's brief, appellant filed two additional motions to extend the due date that this court denied. In its denial order, the court warned appellant that if he did not file his appellant's brief by Monday, April 24, 2017, this appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b). Appellant has not responded, nor has he filed a brief.

Because appellant's brief has not been filed, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), 43.2(f).

Appellant shall pay all costs of this appeal, for which let execution issue.

PER CURIAM PANEL: LIVINGSTON, C.J.; WALKER and MEIER, JJ. DELIVERED: May 11, 2017
