Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the proceeding transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered October 5, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time for petitioner to file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules is extended to February 7, 2022, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent's brief shall be filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before March 4, 2022.
