This case was calendared for trial during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served October 21, 2021, the case was stricken from the November 15, 2021, remote trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On March 7, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 13) requesting additional time to obtain a corrected signed decision document and to file the decision document with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 11, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
