ORDER

On July 10, 2013, appellee filed a second motion for extension of time to file his brief. In this motion, appellee asserted the reporter's record was incomplete and requested an extension in excess of sixty days to file his brief. On July 11, 2013, the court reporter filed a notice of late record, stating she anticipated that a supplemental reporter's record containing the missing portions of the reporter's record would be filed on July 25, 2013. The supplemental reporter's record has now been filed.

Appellee's second motion for extension of time is GRANTED in part. Appellee's brief is due on August 26, 2013. No further extensions will be granted. The court reporter's notice of late record is NOTED.
