It is Ordered that the defendant-appellant's motion which seeks to enlarge the time to perfect his appeal is granted, without opposition. The defendant-appellant shall perfect his appeal by no later than the September 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is July 12, 2017. No further enlargement of time will be granted. In the event of defendant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, claimant-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
