It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant seeking an enlargement of time to perfect his appeal is granted without opposition. The defendant-appellant shall perfect his appeal by no later than the March 2017 term the filing deadline for which is January 11, 2017. In the event of defendant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, plaintiff-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
